We collect what you give us.

Your application, booking, purchase, and email details, plus basic site analytics (§1).

We use the Meta Pixel.

It measures how our ads perform. You can limit it at any time (§2).

We don't sell your data.

We share it only with the services that run this site, and with Meta for ad measurement (§4).

Applications and call bookings

When you apply or book a discovery call (we use Calendly for scheduling), we collect your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, and your answers about your business, such as your offer, revenue range, and marketing history.

Purchases

When you pay for our services through checkout, we collect your name, email address, billing address, and transaction details. Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number.

Emails and messages

If you join our email list, reply to an email, or contact us, we keep your email address and what you send us.

Client information

If you become a client, we handle information about your business and ad accounts as described in your Meta Ads Service Agreement.

Collected automatically

When you visit the site, we and our providers automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. We collect this using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.

Service providers

Companies that work on our behalf, such as website hosting and checkout (Kajabi), scheduling (Calendly), payment processing, email delivery, and project management. They may use your information only to provide services to us.

Meta

Through the Pixel and Conversions API described in §2. Under some US state privacy laws, this may count as "sharing" personal information for targeted advertising.

Legal and safety reasons

When the law requires it, or when needed to protect our rights, our users, or others.

Business transfers

If our business is merged, acquired, or sold, your information may transfer to the new owner.

Email marketing

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. If you unsubscribe, we may still send you messages about a purchase or an active client engagement.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, including records required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. After that, we delete it or de-identify it.

How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website and our services are for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Visitors outside the US

We and our providers process information in the United States. If you visit from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Changes to this policy

When we update this policy, we change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
